Allentown, PA - September 8, 2023: The Louis E. Dieruff High School girls soccer team hosted Parkland High School at Andre Reed Field for an EPC matchup. The teams not only had to deal with the heat and threat of thunderstorms, but also gnats which kept the players waiving their hands throughout the match. Defending EPC Champions Parkland (3-0-1) passed the ball well and six different players scored before the thunderstorms came and Dieruff stopped the game early in the second half. Parkland headed for the bus with the 6-0 win. Scoring for Parkland were Delaney Chilcote, Dani Marsteller, Elayna Kocher, Trisevgeni Gougoustamos, Mia Depinho, and Megan Tarantino.
