NCAA Division I XC

Bethlehem, PA - November 10, 2023: The NCAA Division I, Mid-Atlantic Region, Cross Country Championships were held at Lehigh University, Goodman Campus, with 27 teams and 380 runners competing for the opportunity to move on to the NCAA Championships in Charlottesville, Virginia on November 18, 2023.

On the women's side, sophomore Sadie Sigfstead of Villanova University narrowly won the 6k race in a time of 19:35.5. The Georgetown women won the team title.

On the men's side, junior Liam Murphy of Villanova easily won the 10k race in a time of 29:05.5. The Princeton men won the team title. The below photo shows the start of the men's race.
