Bethlehem, PA - December 7, 2023: The Lehigh University women's basketball team improved to 8-1 overall after routing La Salle University 106-60 at Stabler Arena on Thursday night. The Mountain Hawks led start to finish, winning all four quarters of the game, while ten players scored points. Lehigh was led by Ella Stemmer (#5-pictured below) who had 33 points and 6 rebounds. Stemmer is averaging 17 points per game. Two additional Lehigh players scored in double digits, Lily Fandre with 22 points and 8 rebounds, and Meghan O'Brien with 13 points and 7 rebounds. Lehigh as a team out-rebounded La Salle 54 to 35. La Salle was led by Nicole Melious who had 16 points. Lehigh is next in action at the University of Pittsburgh on December 10th.
