Bethlehem, PA - September 12, 2023: Six Eastern PA Conference cross country teams competed at Freedom High School, including the 2022 girls EPC champions Emmaus High School. The Emmaus boys and girls went 3-0 on the day, defeating Freedom, Liberty, and Bethlehem Catholic. The overall boys winner was Dylan Boyle of Freedom High School who ran a 16:52. The next two runners were Conor Fisher of Emmaus (17:02) and Duke Ebert of Allentown Central Catholic (17:14). For the girls, the overall winner was Madelyn McCartney of Emmaus who ran a 19:42. The next two runners were Avaline Fihlman of Freedom (19:51) and Payton Campbell of Emmaus (20:03). Allentown Central Catholic and Freedom boys' and girls' teams both went 2-1 on the day while Liberty and Bethlehem Catholic teams went 1-2. Whitehall was 0-3.
